Autumn Flea Market of Saint-Brice in Restigné, 100 to 200 exhibitors in the heart of the Bourgueil vineyards
The Brocante de la Saint-Brice is the major autumn event in Restigné, a wine-growing commune in the Bourgueil vineyards. Every year in November, 100 to 200 exhibitors – professional dealers and individuals – take over the village streets to offer furniture, trinkets, antique objects, and curiosities. This seasonal flea market attracts bargain hunters from northern Touraine and the Loire Valley.
The Brocante de la Saint-Brice is held every year in November in the streets of Restigné, in the heart of the Bourgueil vineyards. Between 100 and 200 exhibitors – flea market professionals and individuals – offer a varied selection of antique furniture, trinkets, tableware, tools, books, clothing, and collector's items. From 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, bargain hunters browse the stalls in the special atmosphere of autumn flea markets, when the surrounding vineyards turn golden.
Restigné is a commune of about 1,200 inhabitants located in the Bourgueil appellation, between the Loire River and the forest of Benais. The village is crossed by the Cabernet Franc vineyards that make this part of Touraine famous. Tuffeau houses, troglodyte cellars, and old wine presses bear witness to the centuries-old wine tradition of this commune. The Saint-Brice flea market, celebrated on the first Sunday after November 13th, perpetuates local traditions.
The Brocante de la Saint-Brice offers a welcome alternative to the large spring and summer flea markets. Admission is free and a refreshment stand with food is available on site.
The Brocante de la Saint-Brice returns in November 2026 in Restigné. 100 to 200 exhibitors. Free admission.
