Grand village flea market in Bining, Pays de Bitche
Bining, a peaceful village in the Pays de Bitche, transforms into a vast flea market every spring. With approximately 800 linear meters of stalls, this event is one of the most important in the Rohrbach-les-Bitche area and attracts treasure hunters from all over eastern Moselle and neighboring Alsace bossue.
Bining, a commune of 1,200 inhabitants, is located on the foothills of the Vosges du Nord, between Rohrbach-les-Bitche and Sarreguemines. This typical agricultural village in German-speaking Moselle retains its half-timbered houses, its church, and its traditional orchards. The flea market is set up in the village streets and offers visitors an authentic treasure hunting experience, far from large commercial areas.
The organizing association offers refreshments and food service throughout the day. The 130 free parking spaces facilitate access for visitors from the surrounding areas. Exhibitor setup begins at 5:30 AM, and the market opens its doors to the public at 8 AM, closing at 6 PM.
