4th car boot sale of the Montsechoise association in the streets of the village of Montsec
The Montsechoise association is organizing its car boot sale for the 4th year in the streets of Montsec. This village, nestled at the foot of the famous butte de Montsec, offers an exceptional historical and panoramic setting for a day of treasure hunting.
The butte de Montsec (375 m) is topped by an imposing American commemorative monument, erected in memory of the reduction of the Saint-Mihiel salient in September 1918. This circular stone temple offers a 360-degree panorama over Lake Madine, the Woëvre plain, and the Côtes de Meuse. It is one of the most impressive memorial sites of the First World War in France.
Montsec is a typical rural village in the Côtes de Meuse, with its stone houses, gardens, and church. The car boot sale is the ideal opportunity to discover this historic place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
