August 15th Foire à tout in the village of Malicornay, popular flea market on the banks of the Creuse
The Malicornay Foire à tout is a popular event on August 15th in this small village in the Creuse valley. Exhibitors and bargain hunters gather in the village center for a day of unpretentious treasure hunting, where you can find everyday objects as well as unusual finds.
Every August 15th, the village of Malicornay (36340) organizes its foire à tout in the village center. The concept is simple and popular: everything is for sale, everything is for purchase. Exhibitors - mainly individuals - offer clothes, dishes, toys, trinkets, small furniture, tools, books, household appliances, and anything else that attics and garages have accumulated over the years. It's the most democratic format of a flea market, where prices are low and discoveries are unpredictable.
Malicornay is a small commune of about 300 inhabitants, located in the Creuse Valley, between Argenton-sur-Creuse and Éguzon. The village is set in a landscape of wooded hills, meadows, and meanders of the Creuse river, which inspired Impressionist painters in the 19th century. This preserved natural setting, on the borders of Berry and Limousin, makes this foire à tout a moment of treasure hunting in a serene rural setting.
The foire à tout will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in the village center of Malicornay. Free admission. Refreshments available on site.
The Malicornay Foire à tout returns on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in the village center.
