This is the weekend's flagship. The Vergt Strawberry and Flower Festival dates back to 1973. Vergt produces half of the Périgord strawberries.
What to see? Strawberry market, flower market, garage sale, vintage vehicle show. Add the Poitou mules and draft horse contests. The catering school runs cooking workshops.

Vide-Grenier de Domme - bargain hunting at the Public Garden
The Domme garage sale takes the Public Garden. Domme is listed Most Beautiful Villages in France. The hilltop bastide overlooks the valley from 250 m up.
