Firefighters' Flea Market of Pertuis

A charitable flea market for the Firefighters' Association

Pertuis, known as the capital of the southern Luberon, hosts each year in June the major flea market of the Firefighters' Association. The event gathers dozens of private sellers in a warm, family atmosphere typical of Provençal brocantes. The proceeds (pitches, refreshments, raffle) fund the association's social works, children's activities and cohesion projects at the rescue centre.

A family and lively atmosphere

Beyond bargain hunting, the day is designed to be festive. Children's activities line the alleys: inflatables, games, face-painting, sometimes firefighter demonstrations that thrill the youngest. The traditional raffle, with many prizes donated by local partners, punctuates late morning. A refreshment bar and snacks extend the stroll in a relaxed mode.

What to find

Mainly a private-sellers' flea market: household bric-a-brac, children's clothing, toys, books, tableware, small furniture, decorative items, linen, vinyl records, comics. The atmosphere is friendly, prices are affordable, and families gather here to enjoy a morning of easygoing hunting.
