The great spring flea market of the Festivities Committee, 250 stands at the heart of the village
Every spring, the village of Les Loges-en-Josas turns into a vast bargain-hunting ground for its major flea market organized by the Festivities Committee. With 250 stands available for reservation in the streets of the village center, it is one of the biggest flea markets in the Bièvre valley. On-site catering, parking and facilities welcome exhibitors and visitors in the best conditions.
Nestled in the Bièvre valley, between Jouy-en-Josas and Versailles, Les Loges-en-Josas is a small commune of nearly 1,500 inhabitants that has preserved its village character. Its green setting, between the Versailles forest and open fields, makes it one of the most pleasant villages in the southern Yvelines. It is in this setting that the Festivities Committee organizes every year, at the end of March, one of the biggest flea markets in the Bièvre valley.
With 250 stands offered to exhibitors, the Les Loges-en-Josas flea market far exceeds the scale of a simple village event. The Festivities Committee has grown the event edition after edition into a rendezvous eagerly awaited by bargain hunters from western Paris. Stands line the streets of the village center, offering visitors a human-scale but varied route: antique furniture, tableware, clothing, toys, books, knick-knacks and decorative items.
The event welcomes both private sellers clearing out attics and cellars, and professional dealers bringing their finds. This mix is what makes the event rich: you can find anything from a few-euro bargain to a more sought-after collector's piece. Food stalls are not admitted: the market stays focused on its core, antique and second-hand objects.
The Festivities Committee takes pride in welcoming exhibitors and visitors in the best conditions. Exhibitor arrival between 7am and 8:30am, pre-marked spots, on-site catering, dedicated parking and facilities: everything is planned for a smooth day. Stand prices are affordable and vary slightly depending on resident or non-resident status.
The Les Loges-en-Josas flea market is a chance to discover the Bièvre valley, this green setting at the gates of Versailles where forests, ponds, villages and royal heritage mingle. Visitors can extend their day with a tour of the Versailles castle nearby, explore the Marly gardens, or walk along the restored Bièvre river.
