Over a kilometer of stalls in the village of Plesder, organized by APE Plesder - Les Champs-Géraux
Every year in April, the village of Plesder, a rural commune in northern Brittany, transforms into a huge flea market. The Grand Vide-Grenier, organized by the APE (Association des Parents d'Élèves) of the RPI Plesder - Les Champs-Géraux, displays over a kilometer of stalls in the village streets, around the church.
The event, which is in its 21st edition in 2026, brings together between 100 and 200 private exhibitors. The stalls stretch along the village, offering bargain hunters a considerable choice of furniture, clothing, toys, trinkets, crockery, tools, books, and various objects. The price is attractive: 2.50 euros per linear meter, reserved for individuals.
Beyond the bargain hunting, the Grand Vide-Grenier of Plesder is a true village festival. Music, refreshments, and catering liven up the day in a friendly and family atmosphere. The APE volunteers make it a point of honor to offer a warm welcome to both visitors and exhibitors, with free coffee and entertainment for children.
Over the years, the Grand Vide-Grenier of Plesder has become an unmissable spring event in Brittany, attracting hundreds of bargain hunters each year. Its exceptional size, with over a kilometer of stalls, makes it one of the largest car boot sales in the region.
