The Fête des Badious car boot sale is part of the festive tradition of Plerguer. Every summer, the stade Pierre Romé hosts private exhibitors offering clothes, toys, trinkets, tableware, books, tools and all sorts of flea market items. The term "Badious" affectionately refers to the inhabitants of Plerguer and gives this town festival a strong identity. Refreshments and food are available on site.
Plerguer is a commune of about 2,800 inhabitants located between Dinan and Dol-de-Bretagne, in the north of Ille-et-Vilaine. The village occupies a hilly site in the heart of a preserved countryside, between the valleys of the Rance and the Linon. The commune is known for its associative dynamism and its popular events that punctuate local life throughout the year. The heritage includes the Saint-Pierre church and beautiful hiking trails towards the Rance valley.
The car boot sale takes place from 8 am to 6 pm at the Pierre Romé stadium, as part of the Fête des Badious. Entry is free for visitors. Parking is organized around the stadium.
