About Foire des Andaines

The Foire des Andaines is one of Normandy's largest car boot sales, with nearly 2,200 exhibitors spread over 2.5 km along the D386 between Bagnoles-de-l'Orne and Saint-Michel-des-Andaines. Organised by the Avenir Espoir 2000 association over two days, this event attracts thousands of visitors each year.

The Foire des Andaines: a major Normandy flea market event

Every May, the D386 road linking Bagnoles-de-l'Orne to Saint-Michel-des-Andaines transforms into a vast open-air market. With some 2,200 exhibitors spread over nearly 2.5 kilometres, the Foire des Andaines stands as one of the most important car boot sales in all of Normandy.

Two days of treasure hunting in nature

The event runs over a full weekend, from Saturday to Sunday, 4am to 6pm. From dawn, the most seasoned bargain hunters browse the aisles. Antique furniture, crockery, vinyl records, vintage clothing, toys, books and tools are all on offer.

An exceptional setting between forest and spa town

The fair benefits from a remarkable natural setting, at the edge of the Andaines forest and the famous Bagnoles-de-l'Orne spa town. Visitors can discover the Belle Époque architecture, the lake and gardens of this renowned spa town.

The 2026 Foire des Andaines will take place on May 16-17 along the D386 between Bagnoles-de-l'Orne and Saint-Michel-des-Andaines. Around 2,200 exhibitors expected over 2.5 km.
