The big car boot sale of August 15th in Sougé
Every August 15th, the village of Sougé in Vendômois hosts one of the most important car boot sales in the area. With around 250 exhibitors, this event attracts many visitors looking for treasures on rue de la Poste and place de la Poste.
A day of treasure hunting and conviviality
From 6 am to 6 pm, private stalls offer a wide selection of items: crockery, trinkets, toys, clothes, books, and small furniture. The Union Sportive et Touristique de Sougé, organizer of the event, provides a refreshment stand and a food stand with sandwiches and grilled sausages.
Entry is free and no reservation is necessary. The village setting, on the edge of the Loir valley, offers a pleasant environment for this summer day dedicated to treasure hunting.
