Eco-citizenship car boot sale organized by the Foyer Rural le Ginestel, with Repar'café, in June in Saint-Étienne-Vallée-Française (48330)
Every June, the Foyer Rural le Ginestel of Saint-Étienne-Vallée-Française (48330) organizes a festive and committed day, combining a car boot sale and a series of eco-citizen activities. The event takes place on-site in this Cévennes village.
On the program: a Repar'café in the morning, a collaborative repair workshop for everyday objects, allowing everyone to learn to repair rather than throw away. During the day, a heritage plant fair encourages the preservation of local fruit and vegetable varieties. In the afternoon, a theater performance is offered, followed by a music school recital. The car boot sale runs throughout the day, offering a concrete alternative to new consumption.

For its 2026 edition, the Foyer Rural le Ginestel is organizing its Eco-Citizenship Flea Market on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the multi-purpose hall in Saint-Étienne-Vallée-Française.
