The car boot sale of the Sou des Écoles du Touvet is one of the most important in the Grésivaudan valley. With around 200 exhibitors spread over more than 500 linear meters, this autumn event attracts thousands of visitors each year in the green setting of Clos Schmidt. The 2025 edition marks the 25th year of this unmissable event.

25 years of bargain hunting in Le Touvet

For a quarter of a century, the Sou des Écoles du Touvet has mobilized a team of motivated volunteers to organize this event. The association, chaired by Julien Videau, donates all profits to the kindergarten and elementary schools in the town. These funds are used to purchase bicycles, sports equipment, computers, and to finance school trips.

Catering and conviviality

On-site catering, provided by volunteer parents, offers crepes, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fries throughout the day. The refreshment bar complements the offer with cold and hot drinks. The friendly and family atmosphere makes this car boot sale a much-anticipated event for the residents of Le Touvet and neighboring towns.
