The La Mézière Car Boot Sale, a Spring Tradition

For over thirty years, the APE of La Mézière has organized its spring car boot sale on the Place de l'Église and in the streets of the town. For its 34th edition, the event brings together individuals and professionals offering clothes, toys, books, crockery, trinkets, and various items. The public is welcomed from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in a family-friendly and convivial atmosphere. The pitch is offered at 8 euros for individuals and 25 euros for professionals (2 linear meters).

La Mézière, a Dynamic Town North of Rennes

La Mézière (35520) is a commune of about 5,000 inhabitants located north of Rennes, on the road to Saint-Malo. This booming town has managed to preserve its historic center around the church and the square of the same name. The spring car boot sale is one of the most anticipated events of the year, marking the return of sunny days and the start of the flea market season in Ille-et-Vilaine.

An Event for the Schools

The profits from the car boot sale are donated to the APE of La Mézière to fund school activities and outings. Buying and selling at the car boot sale also means supporting the town's schools. Refreshments and food on site complete this day of solidarity and conviviality.
