Every Wednesday from June to September, the Piazza d'Ulmu in Sainte-Lucie-de-Tallano transforms into an open-air treasure market. Sainte-Lucie-de-Tallano — Santa Lucia di Tallano in Corsican — is a perched village in the Alta Rocca, nestled in the hills of southern Corsica-du-Sud at about 600 meters altitude. With its cobbled streets, granite houses, 16th-century Franciscan convent, and richly endowed parish church, the village is a must-see for anyone visiting the Corsican hinterland.
