An Annual Flea Market in the Hamlet of Generville

Each year in May, the hamlet of Generville, part of the municipality of Sours in Eure-et-Loir, hosts the Brocante de la Saint-Jean. Organized by the Saint-Jean association, this outdoor flea market day has become a must-attend event for bargain hunters and antique dealers in the Chartres region.

The event takes place on Sundays, generally in May, from 8 am to 6 pm. Exhibitors and visitors meet in a typical rural setting of Beauce, not far from Chartres. The flea market welcomes both individuals clearing out their attics and professionals offering antiques and collectibles.

Practical Information for Exhibitors

Pitches are offered at €2.50 per linear meter. A minimum of 8 meters is required to be allowed to have your vehicle on the pitch. Reservation is mandatory before the event date. Inquiries and reservations can be made by email at [email protected].
