Every year at the end of March, the Maison des Loisirs de Fontenilles hosts the Spring-Summer Clothing and Miscellaneous Items Sale. This seasonal sale, organized as a consignment sale, allows families from the town and surrounding areas to buy and sell seasonal clothing and various items at reduced prices. A Consignment Sale System

The principle is simple and proven: individuals drop off their items during dedicated time slots, usually the days before the sale. Deposits are limited to 25 items per household, with a maximum of 10 baby clothes (0-2 years). Accepted miscellaneous items include toys, books, small appliances, garden and home items. A maximum of 2 pairs of shoes and 2 bags in very good condition are also allowed. The deposit fee is 1.50 euros and an ID is required.

Its covered and functional space is ideal for hosting the clothing sale, with racks well organized by category and size to facilitate buyer searches. Unsold items and proceeds are collected the day after or the day after that.
