Every June, the Friends of the Fort de Cormeilles-en-Parisis organise their great Military Memorabilia and Antiques Fair at the heart of Fort de Cormeilles, 1 Route Stratégique. In this unique historical setting, professionals and collectors gather to offer antique weapons, insignia, military uniforms, old books and collectibles of all periods. The Fort Brocante, a collectors' event in a unique setting
The Fort de Cormeilles-en-Parisis is one of Val-d'Oise's overlooked heritage gems. Built as part of Paris's 19th-century ring of fortifications, it is now home to an active association — Les Amis du Fort de Cormeilles — that ensures its promotion and organises an annual themed brocante of the highest quality. This annual event is far more than a simple second-hand market: it is a gathering of history, militaria and antique enthusiasts in an authentic setting that adds an incomparable historical dimension to the experience.
Militaria, antique weapons and collections: a specialist market
The Fort de Cormeilles Brocante is not an ordinary yard sale. The event welcomes professionals and private individuals specialising in militaria from all periods, regulated antique weapons, insignia and medals, military uniforms and equipment, old books and historical documents, vintage postcards and photographs, and objects from all collections. Enthusiasts of comics, model-making, numismatics and vintage photography also find plenty to please them.
