The large flea market of Nuret-le-Ferron hosts around 100 exhibitors in the tree-lined square in the center of the village. The stalls offer furniture, tableware, pottery, old tools, books, toys, trinkets, clothing, household linen, and various flea market items. The event is complemented by an exhibition of vintage cars and tractors that delights mechanics and agricultural heritage enthusiasts. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, with a shaded square providing a pleasant setting for browsing even in the height of summer.
Nuret-le-Ferron is a small rural commune of about 250 inhabitants located in the south of Indre, near Argenton-sur-Creuse and the Bouzanne valley. The village retains typical rural heritage of southern Berry, with its stone farms, pastures, and hiking trails. The proximity of Éguzon lake, one of the largest bodies of water in central France, offers visitors the opportunity to combine flea market browsing with summer swimming.
The Nuret-le-Ferron flea market offers on-site catering and refreshments throughout the day. In the evening, a méchoui is organized by reservation. Admission is free.
The Nuret-le-Ferron flea market returns on July 5, 2026, with 100 exhibitors.
