The Oléron Rugby Club, a major sports foundation on the island, organizes this flea market to fund its activities and the club's operations. Volunteers ensure the welcome of exhibitors from the morning, manage the pitches, and offer refreshments and catering throughout the day. The atmosphere is resolutely family-friendly and convivial, reflecting the values of rugby.

The largest commune on the island of Oléron, Dolus occupies a central position, making it a must-pass for holidaymakers. Between its salt marshes, pine forests, and proximity to Boyardville beach, Dolus offers a pleasant and authentic living environment. The Stade René Roux, located on the route de Boyardville just after the Iléo roundabout, has a large free car park that facilitates access to the flea market.
