The Chouy Rural Hearth Flea Market

The Foyer Rural de Chouy organizes its annual flea market every summer on the football field and the church square of the village. This event brings together between 100 and 200 exhibitors, a mix of private sellers and flea market professionals, for a full day of treasure hunting from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

A generous display in a village setting

Exhibitor setup begins at 6 AM in the two available areas: the football field and the church square. Pitches are offered at a particularly attractive rate of €1 per linear meter, encouraging a large number of sellers to participate. Entry is free for visitors.

Chouy is a commune in the south of Aisne, located in the Tardenois region, between Château-Thierry and Villers-Cotterêts. This rural village benefits from a green setting between forests and fields, typical of the southern Picardy landscape. The flea market is one of the summer highlights for this commune, which cultivates conviviality through the activities of its Foyer Rural.

The Foyer Rural doesn't just organize a simple sale: catering, refreshments, entertainment, and rides complete the offer for a family day out. Indoor spaces are also available in case of bad weather, ensuring the smooth running of the event regardless of the weather.
