The Champagne Flea Market
Every year in June, the commune of Champagne, located between Rochefort and Tonnay-Charente in Charente-Maritime, hosts its annual flea market. The event takes place on the sports field of the school group, an outdoor space conducive to strolling and bargain hunting.
About Forty Exhibitors
Approximately 40 exhibitors, individuals and professionals, set up their stalls to offer a varied selection: antique furniture, trinkets, tableware, clothing, books, and flea market items. The friendly atmosphere of this village event attracts bargain hunters from neighboring communes and the Rochefort urban area.
Champagne, between Charente and Marshland
The commune of Champagne is a quiet village on the right bank of the Charente River, near the estuary and the Charente marshes. On Sunday, June 7, 2026, the Gym Volontaire de Champagne association (Charente-Maritime) is organizing its annual flea market on the school complex sports field. Around forty exhibitors, individuals and professional dealers, will offer furniture, trinkets, crockery, clothes, books, and collector's items. Free entry for bargain hunters. Refreshment stand, catering, and country dance entertainment on site.
Champagne Flea Market — June 7, 2026 edition
The commune of Champagne, in Charente-Maritime, hosts its annual flea market on Sunday, June 7, 2026 on the school complex sports field. In accordance with tradition, the event is held on the first Sunday of June.
Organization and Exhibitors
The 2026 edition is organized by the Gym Volontaire association of Champagne. Around forty exhibitors, individuals and professional dealers, are expected. Bargain hunters will find antique furniture, trinkets, crockery, clothes, books, and all kinds of collector's items.
Booking for Exhibitors
Pitches are €2.50 per linear meter. Bookings can be made with the association at 06 33 86 73 98 or 06 67 22 36 13.
Entertainment and Catering
The association provides a refreshment stand and catering throughout the day. Country dance entertainment is planned for the 2026 edition.
