A summer event for flea markets and collectibles

Several times during the summer, the Place du Docteur Marcellin Moret in Massiac transforms into a vast flea market and collectibles market. Organized by the association A.G.S.o, this event brings together about fifty exhibitors, both professionals and individuals, from all over the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., bargain hunters can browse the stalls in search of fine flea market pieces, collectibles, vintage clothing, and all sorts of curiosities.

Massiac, a town of character in the Alagnon valley

Located in the Alagnon valley, in the northeast of Cantal, Massiac (15500) is a small town of character that occupies a strategic position on the Clermont-Ferrand - Aurillac axis. Dominated by the ruins of two medieval castles perched on basalt peaks, the commune offers a picturesque setting between volcanoes and valleys. The market square, in the heart of the town center, regularly hosts fairs and markets, perpetuating a centuries-old commercial tradition.

Exhibitors can book their spot with Isabelle Stucker at 06 70 13 21 35 or by email at [email protected]. The price is €12 for 4 meters, then €3 per additional meter. When booking, you must specify the type of vehicle and the structure used (tent, canopy, etc.). Exhibitor setup begins in the early morning hours, and new arrivals are no longer accepted after 8 a.m.
