20th edition of the annual flea market of Bouesse, a faithful meeting place for bargain hunters from Berry
In 2026, the Brocante de Bouesse celebrates its 20th edition. For two decades, this early June event has faithfully attracted bargain hunters to the heart of this commune in the Indre department (36200). Professional and private exhibitors set up their stalls along the village streets to offer antique furniture, trinkets, tableware, books, vinyl records, tools, linens, and a thousand curiosities to discover. The atmosphere is festive and friendly, with refreshments and food for visitors.
Bouesse is a rural commune of about 400 inhabitants, located between Châteauroux and Argenton-sur-Creuse, in the Bouzanne valley. The village has interesting architectural heritage with its 15th-century castle, a fortress with round towers overlooking the village, and its Romanesque church. The surrounding landscapes, a mix of hedgerows, meadows, and deep valleys, offer an ideal setting for a walk before or after your bargain hunting.
The 20th Bouesse flea market will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026. Free admission. Refreshments and food available on site. A wonderful anniversary for this event that has managed to establish itself in the Berry region.
