The Bobigny Solidarity Flea Market: A Day of Generosity and Second-Hand Goods

Every autumn, the Place Yitzhak Rabin et Yasser Arafat at the heart of Bobigny transforms into a vast solidarity flea market. The Solidarity Car Boot Sale brings together private vendors and associations in a festive and charitable event, with proceeds benefiting humanitarian causes. It embodies the spirit of solidarity and mutual aid at the heart of Bobigny's neighbourhoods.

An Open Format for Everyone

Individuals, associations and organisations can reserve stalls at €10 per linear metre (minimum 2 metres), by phone booking. The event opens very early (from 5am for vendors), allowing early risers to set up before the crowd arrives. All day until 6pm, bargain hunters and families browse the aisles looking for good deals: clothing, toys, books, miscellaneous objects and all kinds of second-hand items.

A Festive and Family Programme

The festive dimension is fully present: concerts and musical entertainment fill the square, a free face-painting stand is offered for children, and several catering stalls offer solidarity-priced food. This popular festive atmosphere makes the Solidarity Flea Market one of the highlights of autumn in Bobigny.

Place Rabin-Arafat, the Heart of Bobigny

The Place Yitzhak Rabin et Yasser Arafat is Bobigny's central square, opposite the Town Hall. Accessible by metro line 5 (Bobigny – Pablo Picasso station) and numerous bus lines, it is the city's natural meeting point. Its open space makes it ideal for large-scale events of this type.
