The Mega Car Boot Sale of Football in Cazères

Each year in spring, US Cazères Football organizes an exceptionally large car boot sale in the streets of Cazères-sur-Garonne. With 400 exhibitors expected, this event is among the most important of its kind in the south of Haute-Garonne and attracts thousands of visitors from all over the department and neighboring regions.

A giant car boot sale in the town center

The Mega Car Boot Sale extends along the Avenue du Comte de Foix and the adjacent streets of Cazères town center. This linear layout offers an impressive flea market route where visitors can stroll for hours among the 400 stalls. The offerings are commensurate with the event: clothing, toys, books, records, crockery, trinkets, furniture, tools, electronics, sports equipment, and a thousand other items await bargain hunters.

Professional organization

US Cazères Football ensures a well-honed organization for this large-scale car boot sale. Exhibitors set up from 6 am on pitches of at least 3 meters (6 meters if a vehicle is present at the stand), at a price of 5 euros for 3 meters. Registration is done directly on site on the day, without prior reservation. No departures are allowed before 4 pm, ensuring the continuity of the event. Catering is exclusively provided by the club's organization.

Cazères-sur-Garonne is a town of about 5,000 inhabitants located in the Volvestre region, south of Toulouse. A former medieval bastide founded in the 13th century, it retains a rich architectural heritage with its half-timbered houses, its Gothic church, and its picturesque banks of the Garonne. The giant car boot sale contributes to the spring animation of this town of character and to the financing of the local football club's activities.
