The Vide ta Chambre of Tulle

The association Par Moi-Même, which is supporting the project for a Montessori school in Tulle, is organizing a Vide ta Chambre in the Salle Latreille bas, right in the heart of the prefecture of Corrèze. This family event allows parents and children to sell and buy second-hand toys, games, books, children's clothing and childcare items at low prices.

A concept adapted for families

The principle is simple: each exhibitor has a table of 1.20 m x 0.80 m provided by the association, for a fee of 5 euros. Exhibitor setup begins at 8 am for public opening from 9 am to 5 pm. Children are encouraged to come and sell the contents of their rooms themselves, fostering the autonomy that is central to the Montessori pedagogy.

Tulle, prefecture of Corrèze

Nestled in the enclosed valley of the Corrèze river, Tulle is a town of about 15,000 inhabitants known for its arms factory, its lace, and its rich medieval heritage. The Salle Latreille, located in the city center, offers an accessible and friendly setting for this day of exchange between families.

Sweets and tombola

The association Par Moi-Même offers sweet snacks on-site as well as a tombola, the proceeds of which support the Montessori school project. Entry is free for visitors.
