The flea market of the Antiquaires district

The Antiquaires district of Grenoble, located around rue Bayard in the hyper-center, is an emblematic place for antique hunting in Grenoble. Three times a year, antique dealers and second-hand dealers take over the street for a large professional flea market that attracts lovers of antiques and art objects from all over the region.

A quality professional event

Organized by LabelVille, the association of Grenoble shopkeepers, the Brocante des Antiquaires is distinguished by the quality of its exhibitors. The professionals present are recognized specialists: antique dealers, antique furniture merchants, specialists in silverware, porcelain, paintings, or period lighting. This level of requirement makes this event a benchmark for collectors and decorators.

Three events per year

The flea market is held three times a year: in spring (March), early summer (May-June), and autumn (October). These three editions punctuate the life of the district and allow visitors to discover new pieces each time. The exhibitor rate is set at 8 euros per linear meter, and registrations are made via the MyBrocante.fr platform.

An urban setting steeped in history

The Antiquaires district is one of the oldest in Grenoble. Strolling between the stalls of the flea market is also rediscovering this historic district with its old facades and specialized shops. The shops in the district remain open during the flea market, adding to the offerings with their permanent displays.

The Antiquaires district, a living heritage

The Antiquaires district of Grenoble concentrates a remarkable density of galleries, antique shops, and art dealers. Rue Bayard, the main artery of this district, is lined with shop windows offering period furniture, art objects, antique jewelry, and curiosities from all eras. This district dedicated to antiques is unique in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes for its concentration and the quality of its establishments. The three annual flea markets amplify this permanent offering, attracting a wider audience to this district that is worth a visit in any season.
