The students of Lo Trentanel college empty their rooms for the benefit of the Socio-Educational Fund in Gignac
The Vide ta chambre de Gignac is organized by the FCPE of Lo Trentanel college. Students sell games, books, manga, clothes, and accessories in the college's Penasa hall. The profits are donated to the Socio-Educational Fund to finance the college's projects. A family and solidarity event in the heart of the village.
Gignac (34150), a lively town in the Hérault valley between Aniane and Saint-André-de-Sangonis, hosts the Vide ta chambre organized by the FCPE of Lo Trentanel college. In the college's Penasa hall, students offer for sale their games, books, manga, clothes, and accessories that they no longer use. The atmosphere is joyful and relaxed, perfect for families looking for bargains.
Dominated by its Clock Tower and its baroque church, Gignac is a vibrant village that has retained its Languedoc authenticity. The plane trees on the esplanade, the weekly market, and the proximity of the Pont de Gignac, an 18th-century engineering masterpiece, make it a popular stop. The college's Vide ta chambre is part of this dynamic associative life, combining a circular economy and intergenerational solidarity.
The event takes place from 9 am to 3 pm in a heated hall. Each stand costs €10 including table, with priority given to college students. A refreshment stand and food service are available on-site. The profits are fully donated to the college's FSE to support its educational and cultural projects.
The Vide ta chambre returns on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 9 am to 3 pm at Lo Trentanel college in Gignac. Stand at €10 including table. Refreshments on-site.
