Every last Sunday of April, the Sou des écoles of Bas-en-Basset opens the doors of the municipal hall for its annual "Vide ta chambre" event. This event, designed to be accessible and inclusive, invites all residents—families, students, individuals—to sell toys, books, clothes, and all sorts of items they wish to part with.

A Simple and Accessible Format

The formula chosen by the Sou des écoles is intentionally simple and accessible: for a participation fee of €10 to €15, each seller gets 2 to 3 tables in the municipal hall. No need to bring trestles or equipment—tables are provided, making it easier for families with young children to participate.
