A house clearance is more intimate than a garage sale: not several sellers on a square, but one home opened to the public. Reasons vary: inheritance, moving, life change. Visiting tips

Come early to explore ahead of the crowd. Bring small cash (prices are negotiated on the spot) and a vehicle suited to carry furniture. If you miss the first date, the 14 June one may have a refreshed stock.
