The Vide-Greniers de Toul an Héry is a major event of the back-to-school season in the Côtes-d'Armor. Every first Sunday of September, the quay of Toul an Héry in Plestin-les-Grèves hosts up to 300 exhibitors in an exceptional seaside location. Facing the tip of Locquirec and at the foot of the cliffs, the stalls stretch along the port in a breathtaking natural setting.

A historic site between beaches and ancient remains

The port of Toul an Héry is located at the western end of the "lieue de grève", this immense sandy beach stretching for nearly four kilometers between Plestin-les-Grèves and Saint-Efflam. A few steps from the car boot sale stalls, the Gallo-Roman thermal baths of Hogolo bear witness to the Roman occupation of this coastline two thousand years ago. This exceptional archaeological heritage adds a cultural dimension to the day of bargain hunting.

An accessible and friendly car boot sale

The organization by the Association de Toul an Héry prioritizes simplicity: no reservation required, exhibitors arrive at dawn and fill out a registration form before 9 am. The fee of 3 euros per linear meter remains very affordable, and vehicles can stay at the pitch. A welcome coffee and on-site catering contribute to the friendly atmosphere of this day which traditionally marks the end of the summer bargain hunting season in Trégor.
