Vide-Greniers du Chemin de Fourchon d'Arles

The 2025 season of the Vide-Greniers du Chemin de Fourchon confirmed this bi-monthly event's place among the essential bargain hunting destinations in the Bouches-du-Rhône. Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, the grounds at 52, Chemin de Fourchon came alive with the stalls of 200 private sellers, offering visitors a great variety of finds at affordable prices.

Throughout the months, the stalls featured the classic range of Provençal car boot sales: southern tableware and ceramics, clothing and accessories for the whole family, books and comics, toys, small furniture, gardening tools, and decorative trinkets of all kinds. The relaxed atmosphere and the friendly exchanges between sellers and bargain hunters were the charm of these Sunday mornings.

Arles, a city inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list for its Roman monuments—arena, ancient theater, Thermes de Constantin—provided an incomparable cultural setting for this popular event. Visitors could combine a morning of bargain hunting with the discovery of Arles' rich heritage, between the Camargue and the Alpilles. The Fourchon car boot sale will continue in 2026 with the same formula, appreciated by all.
