Review of the 2025 edition
On Saturday, July 26, 2025, the quays of Marans and rue de Bordeaux hosted the annual car boot sale of the Soyez Marans association, as part of the festive "Soyez Marans en Fête". Between 50 and 100 exhibitors offered everyday items, furniture, tableware, trinkets, and toys to visitors who came to hunt for treasures by the Sèvre Niortaise.
The day was punctuated by original activities: exhibition of old breeds of chickens and poultry, tombola, wooden games for all ages. Fast food and drinks were available for refreshments on the quays. In the evening, a country dinner followed by a dance party extended the festivities in a friendly atmosphere typical of the Marais poitevin.
