Small, friendly car boot sale with 50 exhibitors during the Pardon of Sainte-Anne in Plestin-les-Grèves
In Brittany, pardons are religious and popular festivals that punctuate the summer in every district and every chapel. In Plestin-les-Grèves, the Sainte-Anne district perpetuates this tradition by organizing a pardon accompanied by a car boot sale every year at the end of July. This human-sized event, limited to 50 exhibitors, offers a warm and authentic atmosphere far from large commercial events.
The Association of the Sainte-Anne district organizes this car boot sale with a concern for preserving the friendly spirit characteristic of Breton neighborhood festivals. Reserved for individuals, the car boot sale welcomes exhibitors from 7 am at a rate of 3 euros per linear meter. Registration is mandatory by SMS, and payment is made upon arrival. This simple organization allows everyone to participate easily.
The Pardon of Sainte-Anne would not be complete without its traditional Breton catering. Buckwheat galettes filled with grilled sausages and wheat crêpes accompany the day of treasure hunting. Visitors can enjoy the festive atmosphere of the district, between the car boot sale stands and the pardon's entertainment. An event not to be missed for those seeking the authenticity of Breton traditions on the Trégor coast.
