Each year, the annual car boot sale takes over the Rue des Gravées, the hamlet's main street, transforming this walking spot into a vast open-air treasure market.

With some 95 exhibitors, the La Garette car boot sale has gained a reputation well beyond the commune of Sansais. Stalls stretch along the Rue des Gravées, offering clothing, toys, tableware, trinkets, books, tools, décor items and antiques.
