Every September, the Grande Noë park in Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais transforms into a vast flea market and car boot sale. Organized by the AST Tir association, this event is one of the most important in the area, welcoming between 200 and 300 exhibitors, both private and professional, for a day of outdoor selling.

Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais is the capital of the Thymerais region, a natural area in Eure-et-Loir characterized by its hedgerow landscapes, deep valleys, and forests. Located at the confluence of the Meuvette and Foussarde rivers, the town benefits from a pleasant natural setting, with the Grande Noë park being one of its emblematic green spaces. This park, ideally located on rue Hubert Latham, offers ample space to accommodate the several hundred exhibitors and numerous visitors who attend the car boot sale each year.

AST Tir, an experienced organizer

The AST Tir association of Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais is a sports association related to sport shooting that has been organizing this event for several years. The Grande Noë car boot sale has become one of its flagship events, allowing the association to finance its activities while animating local life. The organizational experience translates into a well-structured event, with comprehensive services available to exhibitors and visitors.

A large-scale car boot sale

With between 200 and 300 exhibitors, the Grande Noë car boot sale is a large-scale event for Eure-et-Loir. Private individuals and professionals come together to offer a wide variety of items: clothing, toys, books, furniture, collectibles, tools, and various second-hand goods. Exhibitors can set up from 6:00 am and are welcomed until 6:30 pm. Visitors can access the site from 8:00 am.

Participation conditions and services

The fee for exhibitors is €12 for 5 linear meters, with the possibility of keeping their vehicle behind the stand. Coffee is offered to each exhibitor upon opening. Catering and refreshments are available on site, and toilets are accessible on the premises. Entry is free for visitors.
