The Foire de Blévy, a country event in Eure-et-Loir

Each year in June, the hamlet of Blévy, located in the commune of Maillebois (28170), hosts its large "foire à tout" (everything fair). Organized on the Blévy sports ground, this event brings together private sellers, local artisans, and producers in a warm atmosphere typical of the Perche drouaisien.

With nearly 150 exhibitors, the Foire de Blévy is one of the finest "foire à tout" events in the Eure-et-Loir department. You can find everything: antique furniture, tableware, clothing, books, trinkets, toys, tools, and many other finds for seasoned bargain hunters as well as the simply curious.

Crafts and gastronomy at the heart of the fair

Beyond the car boot sale, the Foire de Blévy stands out with the presence of local artisans who exhibit and sell their creations: pottery, jewelry, decorative objects, weaving, and other regional know-how. Lovers of local gastronomy are not left out, with stalls offering regional specialties: cured meats, cheeses, jams, honeys, and products from the Perche region.

On-site catering is available for both exhibitors and visitors, allowing you to extend your visit in a festive and relaxed atmosphere. From coffee offered to exhibitors upon arrival to lunch, conviviality is at the heart of the event.

Maillebois and the Blévy region

Maillebois is a rural commune in the Perche drouaisien, located about twenty kilometers southwest of Dreux. Its territory includes several hamlets, including Blévy, which gives its name to the famous fair. This rural area, both agricultural and forested, offers a green setting particularly appreciated for this type of summer event.

The hamlet of Blévy is easily accessible from the surrounding towns and has free parking near the sports ground. Visitors can spend a whole day there, enjoying the car boot sale stalls as well as the craft and gastronomic stands.
