The 9th edition of the Vide-Grenier d'Époisses was held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in the village streets, at the foot of the castle. Organized by the Union Sportive Semur-Époisses, the event took over rue du Stade, rue Demoiselles Bert, ERL parking, rue de la Gare, and Les Promenades. Exhibitors, welcomed from 6 am, offered a wide selection of second-hand items. Refreshments and fast food were provided by the club's volunteers.

On Sunday, August 17, 2025, the village of Époisses hosted the 9th edition of its car boot sale, organized by the Union Sportive Semur-Époisses. From 7 am to 5:30 pm, the village streets — rue du Stade, rue Demoiselles Bert, ERL parking, rue de la Gare, and Les Promenades — transformed into a vast flea market, at the foot of the Château d'Époisses and its moats.
Exhibitors, set up from 6 am, offered a wide selection of second-hand items: antique tableware, trinkets, books, toys, clothes, furniture, and curiosities. The fee of €1.50 per linear meter encouraged the participation of many private sellers. The refreshments and fast food, run by the football club's volunteers, allowed visitors to eat pleasurably. The exceptional setting of the village, known for its AOC cheese and Renaissance château, added to the charm of this treasure-hunting day.
