Edition 2025 — Vide-Grenier Pontreau Ruffec
The 24th edition of the Vide-Grenier du Quartier du Pontreau was held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Chemin des Vallées in Ruffec. The Association de la Brocante du Pontreau welcomed around 250 exhibitors in the vast green space located at the entrance to the arboretum and on rue Boitant. From 7 am to 5 pm, bargain hunters browsed the stalls, enjoying the food trucks, drinks stand, and takeaway food. Mandatory pre-registration confirmed the enthusiasm for this emblematic event in northern Charente.

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Quartier du Pontreau in Ruffec hosted the 24th edition of the car boot sale, organized by the Association de la Brocante du Pontreau. Approximately 250 exhibitors, both individuals and professionals, set up along Chemin des Vallées, rue Boitant, and the surroundings of the arboretum for a huge summer sale.
Visitors flocked from 7 am to browse the stalls offering furniture, tableware, toys, clothing, books, trinkets, and various second-hand items. Food trucks, hot and cold drinks, and Italian ice cream allowed bargain hunters to refuel throughout the day. The pitch price of 2 euros per linear meter appealed to many exhibitors, and the strongly recommended pre-registration ensured smooth organization of the event.
The Association is preparing the 25th edition for Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the same location.
