For nearly two decades, the Vide-Grenier de la Résidence des Bois has been bringing together sellers and bargain hunters in the 13 rue Bouin neighborhood of Colombes. Now in its 19th edition, this community event organized by the residents of the Résidence des Bois demonstrates remarkable longevity and local attachment. Every spring, between 50 and 100 private sellers offer their second-hand items on the street and in the inner courtyard of the residence.

Two spaces, two atmospheres

The distinctive feature of this car boot sale is offering two types of pitches: stalls on the street, priced at €5/linear meter, and spots in the park of the residence, offered at €15 for 3 meters. The park space provides a more intimate and leafy setting, while the street allows maximum visibility to passersby. This dual configuration gives the event a particular charm, blending the bustle of a street brocante with the tranquility of a garden sale.
