Organized by the association Anciennes Caisses de Gevrey (ACDG), this event attracts bargain hunters from the entire Dijon metropolitan area and surrounding villages.

An Exceptional Setting Between Vineyards and Heritage

The Nelson Mandela complex car park, a vast asphalted area set back from Rue des Artisans, offers an ideal setting for exhibitors' stalls. A stone's throw from the historic center of Gevrey-Chambertin and its 10th-century medieval castle, visitors can enjoy a remarkable environment. The village, crossed by the Route des Grands Crus, is surrounded by plots that produce some of the most prestigious Burgundies in the world, including the mythical Chambertin.

A Friendly Car Boot Sale for All Treasure Hunters

The car boot sale brings together between 50 and 100 private exhibitors who display their finds in the car park. You can find clothes of all sizes, children's toys, books, crockery, small furniture, trinkets, decorative items, and attic curiosities at very affordable prices. Pitches are rented at 3 euros per linear meter, booked in 2-meter increments.

The ACDG Association, a Driver of Local Life

The Anciennes Caisses de Gevrey (ACDG) is a dynamic local association that organizes several events throughout the year to liven up the commune. The car boot sale is one of their flagship events, contributing to the conviviality and social connection between the inhabitants of Gevrey-Chambertin and the community of communes of Gevrey-Chambertin and Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Practical Information

The car boot sale is held in the car park of the Nelson Mandela complex, Place des Marronniers, in Gevrey-Chambertin. Visitors are welcome from 8 am to 6 pm, and entry is free. Exhibitors set up from 6 am. A refreshment stand and light catering are available on site. The nearby car park allows for easy parking.
