The 2025 edition of the Vide-Grenier de Creissels was held on May 1st in the village hall and parking lot, in this medieval village at the foot of the Millau Viaduct. Organized by the Comité des fêtes, the event brought together exhibitors and bargain hunters for a day of treasure hunting between indoor and outdoor spaces. Musical entertainment, catering with tripoux, and a refreshment stand marked this convivial event, in the heart of a remarkable village known for its tufa waterfalls and medieval heritage.
The Vide-Grenier de Creissels once again took over the village hall and parking lot for the 2025 edition, on May 1st. Organized by the Comité des fêtes de Creissels, this event, now well-established in the southern Aveyron flea market calendar, brought together sellers and bargain hunters in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
The stalls, spread between the interior of the village hall and the outdoor parking lot, offered the usual variety of Aveyron car boot sales: crockery and ceramics, books and magazines, clothing for the whole family, toys and board games, tools, furniture, and various trinkets. Early bargain hunters took advantage of the 8 a.m. opening to spot the best deals, while later visitors could stroll leisurely between the aisles throughout the day.
The catering provided by the volunteers of the Comité des fêtes — tripoux, fries, sausages, and crepes — and the refreshment stand allowed everyone to regain their strength. The musical entertainment added a festive touch to this day of treasure hunting, in the exceptional setting of Creissels, a medieval village dominated by the Larzac cornices and its tufa waterfalls, just a stone's throw from the famous Millau Viaduct.
