The Comité des Fêtes de Cosnac organizes a car boot sale each year in the village of this commune in Corrèze, near the castle. This event is distinguished by its nature, exclusively reserved for individuals selling used personal items, with professionals not being allowed to participate.

Strict Regulations for an Authentic Flea Market

Exhibitors are welcomed from 5:45 AM on the castle side and must be set up before 8:15 AM, under penalty of losing their reserved spot. The price is 2.50 euros per linear meter, unchanged over the years. Vehicles are strictly prohibited within the event area between 8 AM and 6 PM, except for those parked in the lot behind the post office or in front of the castle entrance gates.

Cosnac is a village of character located a few kilometers south of Brive-la-Gaillarde. Its village center, dominated by the castle and the church, offers a picturesque setting for this day of treasure hunting. The narrow streets and the village square fill with various stalls where one can find furniture, crockery, clothing, toys, books, and trinkets at low prices.

Complete registration forms must be submitted to the town hall before the deadline. They include a signed declaration, a photocopy of an ID, and a check payable to the Comité des Fêtes. Entry is free for visitors.
