The Combrit Swap Meet, a Summer Event in the Bigouden Region

In July, Combrit (29120) comes alive for its summer swap meet. This popular event brings together private and professional exhibitors in a friendly flea market atmosphere, in the Kergroas neighborhoods, on rue du Stade or rue de Croas Ver. It is one of the unmissable summer events in this area of the Bigouden region, located at the mouth of the Odet opposite Bénodet.

A Multifaceted Market

The stalls at the Combrit swap meet offer a wide variety of items: clothing for children and adults, toys, books, vinyl records, tableware, small furniture, tools, trinkets, and decorative objects. Each event can bring together several dozen to over a hundred exhibitors, contributing to a lively and festive atmosphere. Both seasoned bargain hunters and Sunday strollers will find something they like.

Several Events in July

It can happen that several swap meets take place in Combrit during July, organized by different local associations – notably the Pétanque Combritoise or other community associations. The events generally take place on Sundays, with refreshments and food available on site. Entry is always free for visitors.

Combrit, Between Odet and Baie de la Forêt

Combrit is a commune in southern Finistère, in the Bigouden region, opposite Bénodet on the other side of the Odet. Its territory includes the port of Sainte-Marine, a boarding point for boat trips on the Odet, and beautiful sandy beaches opening onto the Baie de la Forêt. The commune attracts many tourists in the summer, giving its markets and events a particularly lively atmosphere.
