Tree and flea market in Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize, autumn market between plants and antique hunting in the Indre
The Tree and Flea Market of Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize combines a plant and tree market with a village flea market. Organized in autumn, this original event allows you to hunt for second-hand items while choosing fruit trees, shrubs, and plants for the garden.
The Tree and Flea Market of Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize is an original autumn event that marries two worlds: gardening and antique hunting. On one hand, nurserymen and producers offer fruit trees, ornamental shrubs, rose bushes, perennial plants, bulbs, and vegetable plants. On the other hand, flea market vendors and individuals display their stalls of trinkets, old tools, tableware, books, garden furniture, toys, and collector's items. This unique combination attracts both gardeners and antique hunters, in a warm country market atmosphere.
Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize is a rural commune of about 400 inhabitants located in the southwest of the Indre department, in the Boischaut Sud region. The village is crossed by the Benaize river, a tributary of the Anglin, in a landscape of green and rolling bocage. The living hedges, meadows, and small woods that characterize this territory make it a true green setting, conducive to the cultivation of trees and plants. The Romanesque church and the stone houses of the village center retain their intact rural charm.
The tree market and flea market are held in the autumn in the village of Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize. Entry is free.
The Tree and Flea Market of Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize returns in autumn 2026.
