Toy Fair and Christmas Market: The Christmas Spirit in Mauzé-Thouarsais

Every December, the Salle René Cassin in Mauzé-Thouarsais hosts an event combining a toy fair and Christmas market, creating an ideal festive atmosphere for preparing the holiday season. Organized by the Troc'Greniers association and the Thouarsais socio-cultural center, this event attracts families from across northern Deux-Sèvres looking for original gifts and affordable toys.

A Toy Fair for Economical Holidays

The toy fair allows families to sell toys, games, books, and childcare items their children no longer use, and acquire others at reduced prices. Board games, dolls, figurines, Lego, bikes, pushchairs, children's clothing, and youth books make up most of the stalls.

A Warm Artisan Christmas Market

Alongside the toy fair, the Christmas market brings together local artisans and creators offering their productions: handmade jewelry, candles, artisan soaps, Christmas decorations, treats, jams, ceramics, and decorative objects.
