Every May 1st, the small village of Saint-Coutant, located in northern Deux-Sèvres, hosts a flea market and exhibitions organized by the Méridien Green association. This human-scale event, limited to around fifty pitches, offers a pleasant day of browsing in an authentic rural setting.

A Dual Event: Flea Market and Exhibitions

The originality of this event lies in its dual dimension: alongside traditional flea market stalls where private sellers offer clothing, toys, crockery and bric-a-brac, exhibitions add a cultural touch.

Practical Information

The flea market takes place on Rue des Bons, near the community hall, in Saint-Coutant (79120). From 7am to 5pm, around 50 pitches. 5m for €5, then €1 per additional meter. Refreshments, food, entertainment. Free entry.
