Every year, the Spring Flea Market of Morières-lès-Avignon officially kicks off the brocante season in the Avignon plain. Organized by AMAC, the association of Active Morières Craftsmen and Traders, it takes place on Place de la Liberté, the beating heart of the town.
Morières-lès-Avignon, charming residential village
East of Avignon, Morières-lès-Avignon (nearly 8,500 inhabitants) retains the look of a Provençal village despite its proximity to the prefecture.
AMAC, driver of local vitality
The Active Morières Craftsmen and Traders Association brings together shopkeepers and craftsmen of Morières. Its role goes beyond defending professional interests: it enlivens the town through several annual events.
What you find and the atmosphere
Typical family flea market bric-a-brac: clothes, toys, books, tableware, decoration, small furniture, tools. Moriérois shops take advantage to open their doors. Refreshment stand and café terraces.

2026 Edition Review
On Sunday 8 March 2026, Place de la Liberté in Morières-lès-Avignon came alive from the morning to host the traditional Spring Flea Market. In mild weather, AMAC supervised the setup of stalls from the early hours.
Clothes, toys, books, tableware, decoration, small furniture and a few vintage pieces circulated between bargain hunters from Morières and neighbouring towns. The shops in the centre took advantage to open their doors. A successful season launch.
