A Festive Car Boot Sale at the Vélodrome

Every April, Plélan-le-Grand organizes its Spring Festival at the municipal Vélodrome. The car boot sale is the heart of the event: private exhibitors set up their stalls on the grounds to offer clothes, toys, books, trinkets, tableware, small furniture, and various objects. Activities for children — games, inflatable structures, creative workshops — complete the program, making this day a must-attend family event in the Pays de Brocéliande.

The Vélodrome, a Sporting and Festive Setting

The Vélodrome of Plélan-le-Grand is a versatile sports facility located on the edge of the town. Its open space and stands offer an ideal setting for an outdoor car boot sale. Plélan-le-Grand, a town of 4,000 inhabitants, is the main town in the Pays de Brocéliande in Ille-et-Vilaine. At the gates of the Paimpont forest, the town lives to the rhythm of Arthurian legends and green tourism. The Vélodrome regularly hosts cycling races and municipal events.
